Eggs, Cookies, and Dyes...oh my!

We started our Easter celebration off on Friday by making and decorating sugar cookies as well as dying eggs for the Easter bunny to hide for us on Sunday. My sister Katie and I had fun helping the kids decorate and dye as well as do some of our own. Anya and Alex were thrilled to get to do something so messy, fun, and tasty. They were on a sugary cloud 9 all day!

Alex's idea of frosting cookies was to take one cookie...

Then do it again, lol!!
Not exactly the conventional way but he was happy with his method so we didn't argue.
